I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals of all ages can explore their experiences, emotions, challenges, and goals without judgment.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and genuine connection. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I meet each person where they are. Together, we can explore what may be holding you back, recognize your strengths, and discover tools and perspectives that can support meaningful growth and positive change.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, seeking greater self-understanding, or simply feeling unsure of your next step, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as you work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic to you.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be difficult, but you don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. I’m here to listen, understand, and support you along the way.
